boom!

Peace '08

Fun day full of riding and chilling once again with the dudes at Bethany Skatepark. Tucks are killing my wrists,  but i'm still trying to get them locked in. Tonight is still up in the air,  but I'll most likely tag along with Bobby and head over to Matty P's house to bring in the New Year. Watch out for upcoming resolutions....I'll try and come up with some sweet ones this year

On a better note

psyched on my new bike set up (paint and parts) and i'm utterly stoked on the progression I've made riding these past few days. T-Bogs are on lock, can cans are aight, and my tuck no handers are getting there. This next vid really made me feel good about riding, and reminded me just how lucky i am to have found something as fun as cruising and chillin with my buddeees like Bob and Evan.

and so it begins

so i've come to the realization that everything has changed here at home since i left just 3 short months ago for college. I can't help but think of the song "the kids aren't alright" by the Offspring. Its not life or death drastic, but with winter break almost half way over, i feel a growing urgency to piece back together that which has shifted. Maybe its me? I can't help but wonder, what farfetched world of mine it might be, had UofA not been so far away .The strange thing is, despite all the shocking alterations in our little perfect suburban life, i find myself not only concerned with the futures of myself and peers, but also intrigued at the little bits of risk and danger that accompany this change of hand. And so it begins.
